Dear Ken Martin and the DNC

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that your options do not include violating federal law or conspiring to violate federal law; and as such, I remind you that it is a federal crime for U.S. officials to provide U.S. weapons to any government who uses our weapons in the commission of war crimes.

WHAT KEN MARTIN NEEDS TO REALIZE

The first thing Ken Martin needs to do is to stop calling Israel's illegal occupation, genocide, forced starvation and mass imprisonment of two million Palestinians a "humanitarian crisis."

State-sponsored war crimes are NOT a "humanitarian crisis."

Say it with me Ken: state-sponsored war crimes are not a humanitarian crisis, but are extremely violent acts against an entire population of people on their own land, in their own homes.

Say it with me Ken: IDF soldiers who commit Israeli war crimes are not crisis actors but are unprosecuted war criminals in need of prosecution.

Say it with me Ken: it's a violation of federal law and int'l law for the U.S. government to send American weapons to any government using our weapons in the commission of war crimes, crimes against humanity or in any offensive capacity whatsoever.

See, U.S. ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT; U.S. FOREIGN ASSISTANCE ACT, PAT LEAHY LAW, GENEVA CONVENTIONS.

The initial realization begins with Ken Martin recognizing that federal law does in fact expressly prohibit the U.S. Government from providing U.S. weapons to any government who utilizes American-provided weapons in the state-sponsored commission of war crimes, crimes against humanity or in any offensive capacity whatsoever.

The secondary realization begins with accepting the fact that pro-Israel groups and sponsors:

*ignore federal and int'l law;

*ignore Israeli war crimes;

*ignore over 100,000 Palestinians murdered by Israel with bi-partisan bombs;

*ignore Israel's "Greater Israel" plan to steal Gaza and the West Bank;

*ignore illegal settlements still being built on Palestinian land;

yet pro-Israel groups and sponsors demand Democrats vote to send American arms to Israel.

The third realization begins with accepting the fact that pro-Israel groups and sponsors do ignore over 15,000 children who have lost at least one arm or one leg to Israel, Netanyahu, the U.S. President and U.S. lawmakers.

DNC Chair Ken Martin may eventually realize a few things:

*DNC must follow federal law in DNC promulgation of DNC policy and endorsements.

*It's a bitter pill for pro-Israel groups to swallow, but pro-Israel groups and sponsors must recognize the fact that Israel is committing war crimes every day, killing Palestinians daily for over two years now with American weapons provided by DNC Democrats and RNC Republicans - and that it must come to a stop.

*Ken Martin needs to realize that pro-Israel groups and sponsors will never be happy with Ken Martin, the DNC and Democrats who know Israel is guilty of committing a massive number of war crimes over a long period of time and insist on the Democratic Party following federal law and respecting human rights.

*Ken Martin needs to recognize the inhumanity and deliberate indifference of pro-Israel groups and sponsors ignoring federal law and human rights in favor of illegally shipping US arms to Israel to mass murder thousands and thousands more Palestinians every day this year and next year. Pro-Israel groups and sponsors literally fund and support state-sponsored mass murder and starvation of the Palestinian people.

*Israel reports the Trump administration gave Netanyahu and Israel the green light to continue Israel's genocide of the Palestinian people until the end of 2026.

*The DNC must NOT march in Nazi-lockstep with President Trump, Netanyahu and Republicans who do ignore federal law to send American weapons to a government who uses our American weapons in the commission of war crimes.

*Ken Martin needs to stand up to pro-Israel groups and sponsors and remind them that the U.S. should not provide any more assistance of any kind until Israel complies with U.N. Resolution 242: withdrawing from the Palestinian territories and recognizing Palestinians' Right of Return to their own homeland.

*Ken Martin must recognize and annunciate the fact that Israel is not interested in peaceful co-existence with Palestinians, but are actively pursuing Israel's Zionist goal of "Greater Israel" - stealing Muslim and Arab land - illegally expanding the State of Israel "from the river to the sea," starting with Gaza and the West Bank.

Ken Martin had better quickly realize that young voters are not confused by this issue and clearly and literally see with their own eyes who Israel is and what they're doing to the Palestinian people.

Ken Martin should know by now that Democrats over 50 yrs. of age or so usually suffer blind support of Israel and are unwilling to unsee Israel as anything other than The Chosen Ones To Be Saved By American Tax Dollars and Weapons.

Ken Martin should have learned a lesson from the 2024 election that Democrats cannot win a national election without votes from Arab and Muslim Americans in the swing states, who stayed home on Election Day precisely because they could not bring themselves to vote for their party funding and arming Israel's war crimes against their family members and friends.

This electoral dynamic is not going to magically disappear in the midterms or 2028.

AIPAC is trying to convince Democrat leadership that the Arab-Muslim American vote doesn't matter and that Democrats can win without those troublemakers voting for Democrats.

Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chair Ken Martin withdrew a resolution Tuesday addressing the Israel-Gaza conflict after a rival resolution failed, stressing the need for party unity as he called for a task force to continue the conversation.

“Earlier today, I introduced a resolution … which was focused on finding common ground in our party on a very heartbreaking humanitarian issue, and it’s aligned with our party platform. This crisis in Gaza is urgent and my resolution is focused on that humanitarian crisis and makes it clear that it must be addressed as the emergency that it is,” Martin told the DNC’s Resolutions Committee.

“I know that there are some who are interested in making changes today. But as we’ve seen, there’s divide in our party on this issue.

This is a moment that calls for shared dialogue, that calls for shared advocacy, and that’s why I’ve decided today, at this moment, listening to the testimony and listening to ppl in our party, to withdraw my amendment and resolution to allow us to move forward in a conversation on this as a party.”

Martin announced plans to appoint a committee or task force comprised of “stakeholders on all sides of this” to discuss the matter and bring solutions back to the party.

The chair’s announcement came after the Resolutions panel voted Tuesday to approve his resolution, which calls for a ceasefire and a two-state solution, according to a packet obtained by The Hill.

But a second proposal, which asked the party to support a ceasefire, an arms embargo and suspension of military aid to Israel amid the war, was voted down.

“We urge that, beyond calling for a ceasefire, that we acknowledge the devastation and we also outline actionable items for our elected officials,” said DNC member Allison Minnerly of Florida, who submitted the rejected proposal.

The second proposal had sparked debate within the committee as some members suggested Martin’s resolution was sufficient, and others said it didn’t go far enough.

The dueling resolutions highlight the tensions within the Democratic Party over the conflict between Israel and Gaza, which played a role in the 2024 election and could emerge again as a key issue for next year’s high-stakes midterms.

Martin’s remarks acknowledged that divide as he withdrew his resolution, saying “we can disagree in this party and still be unified.”

The DNC meeting kicked off in Minneapolis Monday, the first since Martin became chair, as the party grapples with internal turmoil, from infighting to fundraising frustration ahead of next year’s midterm races.

But top Democratic leaders at the meeting made earnest calls for unity.

“No one should confuse unity with unanimity. We are all, in this big tent party of ours — we are all unified for one single goal to stop Donald Trump and put this country back on track,” Martin said in his opening remarks.

Resolutions passed by the DNC resolutions committee are meant to elevate principles consistent with the party’s platform and are largely symbolic.

Florida DNC member Allison Minnerly told reporters after the meeting she was disappointed Democrats didn’t pass her resolution.

“Overwhelmingly, Democrats want the end of U.S. involvement in this war, particularly they want their elected officials to not be complacent in this crisis. So while it’s important that the conversation started today, the chair has placed a comma on that conversation,” Minnerly said.

Last month, 27 Democratic U.S. Senators — including Minnesota Sens. Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith — voted for a resolution to block the sale of American bombs and firearms to Israel. The resolution didn’t pass, but a growing number of Democrats voted in favor of it as the humanitarian crisis in Gaza grows more dire amid widespread hunger and suffering.

Martin, who was the longest serving chair of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer Labor Party, has struggled to keep the various Democratic factions together in his six months at the helm of the DNC. He pushed out 25-year-old DNC Vice Chair David Hogg, who aimed to bring a new generation of Democrats into office even if it meant contentious primary challenges. Martin is also confronting slowing donations and a dissatisfied voter base eager for a stronger resistance to President Donald Trump.

WHAT VOTERS NEED TO REALIZE

Voters need to realize that the Democratic Party has been fatally contaminated by Israeli hasbara, Christian nationalism and AIPAC bribes.

Democratic National Committee (DNC) delegates already voted against a DNC resolution calling for a ceasefire and an arms embargo against Israel.

DailyBeastie blames AIPAC and AIPAC recipient representatives Barack Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris for unduly influencing DNC delegates to never say NO to any DNC resolution calling for an arms embargo against Israel or in this instance, a ceasefire.

The DNC is a fatally-flawed organization to say the least, including the 435 members of the DNC who vote on Democratic Party policy.

Many of the same delegates who voted against Bernie Sanders and progressives in 2016 at the behest of Hillary Clinton; and later in 2020, many of the same DNC delegates who voted against Bernie Sanders and progressives did so at the behest of Barack Obama.

Consequently, the Democratic Party may be incapable of adhering to federal law which prohibits Democrats and Republicans from voting to send U.S. arms to any government who uses our American-provided weapons in the commission of war crimes.

Literally every U.S. President in modern history is an unprosecuted war criminal who ignored federal law to sign off on sending U.S. weapons to Israel.

Most every Democrat and Republican who ever served in Congress and took AIPAC money to vote to send U.S. weapons to Israel violated federal law and are unprosecuted war criminals AND federal criminals.

CONCLUSION

Ken Martin has no idea how to respond to Israeli talking points, especially Israel's primary lie that Israel must kill all the "Bad Palestinians" who won't stop until they kill all the Jews and destroy the State of Israel.

According to Netayahu and Israelis, "Bad Palestinians" are Palestinians who take up arms against Israel to fight for Palestinian freeedom from Israeli occupation and mass imprisonment of over two million Palestinians.

According to Netanyahu and Israelis, "Good Palestinians" are Palestinians who want Israel to control Gaza and prefer to live under Israeli occupation and mass imprisonment for another 75 years. It's a ridiculously absurd claim and propaganda tool.

Ken Martin has no idea how to respond to the Israeli claim that Hamas wants to kill all the Jews because they are Jews and seek to destroy the State of Israel; because Ken Martin doesn't know that in 2017 Hamas changed their original charter from the total destruction of the State of Israel to a policy of peaceful co-existence with Israel based on Palestinian statehood on the pre-invasion June 4, 1967 borders.

Apparently Ken Martin is unaware that since 2017 Hamas has repeatedly offered to completely disband all Palestinian resistance groups in exchange for Palestinian statehood on the 1967 borders - the borders in place BEFORE Israel invaded Syria and the Palestinian territories.

Further, Ken Martin seems completely unaware that for the past two years Hamas has offered to release ALL THE HOSTAGES in exchange for the full withdrawal of the IDF from Gaza and the release of Palestinian hostages being held by Israel.

Thanks to decades and decades of Democrats accepting illegal campaign contributions from Israeli foreign lobby groups, the Democratic Party is fatally-flawed for years to come, due to AIPAC influence and control over Democratic Party leaders and DNC delegates.

The DNC will never pass a DNC resolution calling for an arms embargo on Israel.

The DNC will never pass a DNC resolution calling for Israel to comply with U.N. Res, 242, ordering Israel to fully withdraw from the Palestinian territories and to recognize Palestinians' Right of Return.

For the past 25 years AIPAC whores Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris have brainwashed DNC delegates into accepting Netanyahu and Israel's lies as truths to be defended, funded, armed and supported.

DNC delegates have been heavily indoctrinated over the years to believe Israeli lies as truths and will once again reject the anti-war progressive DNC candidate in favor of a pro-Israel DNC candidate who will openly promise AIPAC to never act to cut off American weapons or tax dollars to Israel.

The sickening sad truth is bi-partisan human greed in conjunction with Christian nationalism will maintain and guarantee AIPAC control of U.S. foreign policy, Congress, the Senate and the White House for years to come, until a new anti-war progressive political party is established on Capitol Hill.

There is no fixing and repairing the AIPAC-funded and infected Democratic Party and DNC.

I predict that Ken Martin will eventually resign in disgust and a new AIPAC-friendly DNC Chair will be appointed.

As long as Democrats and Republicans allow Big Donors to write Big Checks to Democrats and Republicans, Big Money will remain in politics and Big Donors will control U.S. foreign and domestic policies.
